The benefits of meditation
The benefits of meditation are numberous. Not only does it help to reduce stress it reduces your blood pressure. Meditation is also a tool in obtaining ideas, creativity and total relaxation. It is not hypnosis. The mind is alert while the body relaxes.
I have had great results in helping people meditate who said they tried and could not do it. My lessons taught them how in a few easy steps. I am available to give lessons on line.
